Building strong partnerships with international development partners such as bilateral, multilateral, other type of donor agencies, and national institutions in charge of the coordination of development assistance will be imperative to pool required resources to fund projects and programmes to be executed. The Government of Bayelsa State will be on hand to provide counterpart funding for projects and programmes that are approved for execution by development partners.
